Today’s technology allows us to access therapy anytime, anywhere, with real-time video analysis between sessions to ensure correct exercise performance. Rehabilitation Offerings
Build Forward:
Integrative Rehab + Performance Coaching Program
Traditional physical therapy focuses on "getting back to baseline" and "returning to function." But that's not my approach. This innovative, performance-based rehabilitation program turns your injury into an opportunity to build forward into a stronger, more durable, and more sustainable version of yourself—one that's not just recovering, but thriving. We aim higher than basic function; we're here to get you confidently adventure-ready. Whether your injury was traumatic or due to overuse, we'll work together to help you prevent future injuries and feel strong, confident, and capable on any adventure that inspires you. This program requires a one to three month commitment, as building durability in your body plus healing an injury takes time. Send me a note to chat about details!
Investment: $600 for the first month of a performance rehabilitation program, cost varies beyond the first month depending on individual needs. Options exist to extend rehab or transition to coaching or a training plan after 1-3 months if appropriate.

Springboard:
90 minute Evaluation + Insight Session
This service is ideal for those who may not be ready to commit to a comprehensive program but still want a physical therapist's expert evaluation of their movement and insights into the source of their pain. Our 90-minute session will begin with going over your pre-call intake form where we’ll talk about your injury as well as lifestyle factors that will influence your recovery. We’ll then conduct a detailed movement assessment, focusing on your area of concern as well as the bigger picture. I’ll identify any imbalances that could be contributing to your discomfort, teach you key movement principles, and provide a few targeted exercises to help you start on the path to recovery. This service isn’t appropriate for everyone, so let’s chat to determine if it’s the right fit for you.
Investment: $250 for a 90 minute session, $150 of which can be credited towards a month-long program should you decide you would prefer this option. This credit will be honored for up to one week after this session.
I limit this possibility to one week as I would need to repeat the intake evaluation if more time has passed, as injured bodies can change quickly.
